All orders received for in stock items will usually be shipped within 24 - 48 hours. Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center located in NY. In some cases items may be dropped shipped directly from the manufacture.

Shipping charges will be displayed and added to your order when you checkout. You may select shipping other than standard by giving us special shipping instructions in the comment box on the order form. The shipping charge on your electronic confirmation may, therefore, not reflect the charges for any extra services as they are not added until actual time of shipment. We will always get approval before additional charges are made.

U.S. Mainland.

Shipping within the 48 contiguous states will be made using UPS ground or United States Postal Service (USPS). UPS does not pick up on weekends or make delivery to P.O. Boxes. Please make sure you have a physical address in your ship-to information. For faster services, please note that desire in the comment box of the order form. We will do all we can to accommodate your needs. Extra charges for these will be added to your total at the time of shipment.

Shipments to these locations are made via United States Postal Service (USPS). Charges are based on the total weight of your order. At the time you check out, you will be charged our regular ground shipping charges. Any additional shipping cost will be charged at the time of shipment. International and APO Shipments.

Ground shipping is charged at the time of order. Actual shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order and the additional shipping cost will be charged at the time of shipping.

International shipments are shipped United States Postal Service (USPS). Faster delivery services are available by requesting them in the comments box on your order form. Extra charges for these services will be added to your total order at the time the order is shipped.

100 % Satisfaction Return Policy

 

If you need to return an item for any reason please call us at 800 771-2246 to receive your Return Authorization number. Any product returned without prior approval will be returned to shipper. Refunds or exchange must be made within 60 days from date of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping/freight charges. Customers outside US can call 954 472-0128.

 

  • All returned products must be in resalable condition and include original packaging and a copy of original receipt.

  • Federal law explicitly prohibits the resale of used bedding, mattresses or intimate products!

  • All Skinnies products are of a medical nature and can not be returned if the product has been opened or handled.

  • Custom made items are non-returnable.

  • Clearance sale items are non-returnable.

  • All air cleaners, air purifiers, steam cleaners and vacuum cleaners are subject to a 10% restocking charge and must be returned within 30 days.

  • Shipping charges are not refundable. In the event the package is refused we will deduct outbound shipping charges from final credit. All promotional (FREE) outbound shipping charges will be deducted from final credit.
