Ordering Information

Internet orders are processed over an encrypted connection to your computer to reduce the possibility of your important information being intercepted by unwelcome eyes. When you first order, you will be given an account number and password that is unique to you. Please remember it for future orders. If you forget it, you may set up a new account when you are ready to reorder.

All customer information is confidential and at no time is shared with any other company or individual.

We accept Checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express,  Discover and PayPal. Please do not mail cash.

Shipping Information

All orders received before 2:00pm for in stock items will usually be shipped the same day. Shipping charges will be displayed and added to your order when you checkout. You may select shipping other than standard by giving us special shipping instructions in the comment box on the order form. The shipping charge on your electronic confirmation may, therefore, not reflect the charges for any extra services as they are not added until actual time of shipment. If you have no special requests, your confirmation will accurately reflect your total charges.

U.S. Mainland.

Shipping within the 48 contiguous states will be made using UPS ground or United States Postal Service (USPS). UPS does not pick up on weekends or make delivery to P.O. Boxes. Please make sure you have a physical address in your ship-to information. For faster services, please note that desire in the comment box of the order form. We will do all we can to accommodate your needs. Extra charges for these will be added to your total at the time of shipment.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin islands.

Shipments to these locations are made via United States Postal Service (USPS). Charges are based on the total weight of your order. At the time you check out, you will be charged our regular ground shipping charges. Any additional shipping cost will be charged at the time of shipment. If you would like an estimate of freight before you order, contact us for a shipping quote.

International and APO Shipments.

Ground shipping is charged at the time of order. Actual shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order and the additional shipping cost will be charged at the time of shipping.

International shipments are shipped United States Postal Service (USPS). Faster delivery services are available by requesting them in the comments box on your order form. Extra charges for these services will be added to your total order at the time the order is shipped.

If you would like to know the shipping charges before you order, contact us for a shipping quote. Tell us the items you want to order. We will be glad to send you a quote of the shipping charges before you order.

100 % Satisfaction Return Policy

 

If you need to return an item for any reason please call us at

800 771-2246 to receive your Return Authorization number. Any product returned without prior approval will be returned to shipper. Refunds or exchange must be made within 60 days from date of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping/freight charges.

 

  • All returned products must be in resalable condition and include original packaging and a copy of original receipt.

  • Federal law explicitly prohibits the resale of used bedding, mattresses or intimate products! We're sorry, but  we can never accept returns of used bedding.

  • Custom made items are non-returnable.

  • All air cleaners, purifiers and vacuum cleaners are subject to a 10% restocking charge.

  • Shipping charges are not refundable unless product is defective or damaged. All promotional outbound shipping charges will be deducted from final credit.

(We will not resell any air cleaner or purifier that has been returned and that is why we charge a 10% restocking fee)
