Miss Roben’s gluten free line of products is produced in a 100% safe, allergen free warehouse in Hagerstown, MD. Every Miss Roben’s gluten free baking mix, flour and ingredient is made in this highly regulated, 100% safe, gluten-free and allergen-free production facility.  

All mixes are produced on a dedicated line and all ingredients are treated as if they are potential allergens.  That means the entire production facility is cleaned after each product run.  In addition to testing for gluten down to 5 ppm raw material suppliers are required to provide test results as well. 

Each product we carry has been carefully selected and tested in our own kitchen to ensure we provide a gluten-free alternative that has great texture and great taste. After all, an alternative that isn’t edible isn’t an alternative at all.

Traditional Corn Bread Mix

This gluten free mix results in a finished product that rivals conventional cornbread mixes.  A light, crumbly texture has the same mouth feel as standard cornbread.  Perfect for making southern cornbread dressing.

Ingredients:  Cornmeal, white rice flour, sweet rice flour, refined cane sugar, aluminum-free baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate), baking soda, salt. 15 oz mix makes 8 servings

Gluten Free Chocolate Cake Mix

Who doesn’t love a slice of cake?  This mix results in a rich, moist chocolate cake that is so good you won’t believe what’s not in it!  Also makes great cake-style doughnuts and brownies.  Makes 1 9” double layer cake, 1 13 x 9 sheet cake, or about 24 cupcakes.

Just add eggs (or your favorite egg substitute), oil and water.
