Klaus Hammes and his brother Manfred introduced the world's first residential air cleaner in 1963 for the air outlet on coal burning ovens. HyperHEPA Technology

The IQAir HealthPro Series features HyperHEPA filtration technology for superior airborne particle removal. HyperHEPA technology is used in places that require the very purest air such as in cleanrooms, laboratories and hospitals. These filters remove more small and ultra-small particles, such as bacteria, viruses, allergens and sub-micron sized dust, from the air than conventional air purifiers.

IQAir's HyperHEPA filtration is tested and certified to filter ultra-fine pollution particles down to 0.003 microns in size with a guaranteed minimum efficiency of over 99.5%. This is 100 times smaller than what is achieved with ordinary air filtration technology and 10 times smaller than a virus.

We know IQAir Residential Air Purifiers are an investment in clean air for many years to come. IQAir is proud to cover the HealthPro Series in the US and Canada for a full five (5) years against defects in parts and labor. Warranty does not include filters. IQAir room air purifiers sold in North America are designed to operate on 120V mains voltage only.

IQAir air cleaners will be damaged if plugged into a 220-240V outlet.
The use of a transformer or adaptor will not prevent the risk of damage.
