The portable GM 80CR cleanroom vacuum cleaner by Nilfisk Advance is specifically designed and packaged for those that want the same filtration used in cleanroom environments.

Through its unique four-stage filtration system, the GM 80CR cleanroom vacuum cleaner safely collects and retains fine dust and powders. It comes equipped with an ULPA exhaust filter and is able to meet cleanroom standards up to and including Class 10 (ISO 4). The GM 80CR's motor is interference suppressed so it will not affect electronic equipment.

  • 2 1/4 gallon capacity disposable paper bag captures the bulk of collected debris.

  • Extra-large main filter ensures a steady, even airflow.

  • The microfliter, a final step in pre-filtration, protects the motor and acts as a barrier to even bacteria-size particles.

  • ULPA (Ultra Low Penetration) filter ensures that 99.999% of all ultra fine particles, toxic and nuisance, are retained. That includes particles down to and including 0.12 microns.

  • Positive twist lock prevents the container from opening even if it is dropped.

Nilfisk Advance Family HEPA Vacuum

The Family Vac from Nilfisk Advance differs from your regular vacuum cleaner because of its special filtration capabilities. An ordinary vacuum only removes particles 35 microns or larger. ( To put a micron into respective, one human hair is 80-100 microns in diameter.)

The Nilfisk Family Vac uses 3 separate filters, including a HEPA filter, to capture and eliminate up to 99.97% of all particles down to and including 0.3 microns. 

Nilfisk HEPA Vacuum cleaners have been manufactured in Denmark since 1910.  They have long been used in American industry to collect and contain toxic and hazardous dusts such as asbestos and lead.
