1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how [Allergy Store, LLC] ("Allergy Store," "we," "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit allergystore.com (the "Site"), buy from us, or sign up for our emails or texts. It also explains the choices and rights you have.

2. Information we collect
We collect information you give us, information collected automatically when you use the Site, and limited information from partners.

You can browse the Site without creating an account or placing an order. Device and usage information is still collected automatically as described in Section 5, and we treat it as personal information.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Process and ship orders, take payment, and send order confirmations, shipping updates, and invoices.
- Provide customer service and respond to questions, returns, and warranty requests.
- Send marketing emails and texts when you have agreed to receive them (Section 7).
- Personalize your shopping experience and remember your cart and preferences.
- Analyze how the Site is used so we can fix problems and improve products and pages.
- Measure the performance of our advertising (Section 5).
- Detect and prevent fraud, security incidents, and misuse of the Site.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as described below.
- Service providers. Companies that run parts of our business for us under contracts that limit how they use your data: Shopify (store hosting and checkout), payment processors [e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal], shipping carriers [e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx], our email and SMS platform [e.g., Klaviyo, Attentive, Postscript], our reviews provider Judge.me, and customer service tools [name].
- Advertising and analytics partners. Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and AdRoll [confirm list] collect device and usage information through cookies and pixels on the Site (Section 5). Under some state laws, this kind of sharing for targeted advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You can opt out as described in Sections 5 and 10.
- Legal and safety reasons. When required by law, court order, subpoena, or government request, or when we believe disclosure is needed to protect our rights, our customers, or others, or to prevent fraud.
- Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may transfer to the new owner, subject to this policy.
- With your consent. In any other case where you ask or agree.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
5. Cookies, pixels, and targeted advertising
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, and log files to run the Site, remember your cart, understand how visitors use the Site, and show you our ads on other websites.

Your choices
- Browser settings. You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop the cart and checkout from working.
- Opt out of targeted advertising. Use the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the Site footer. You can also use industry tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out and Network Advertising Initiative opt-out, and the ad settings in your Google and Meta accounts.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser.
- Do Not Track. Browsers' "Do Not Track" signals have no common standard, so we do not respond to them. We do honor GPC as described above.
6. Health-related information
Because we sell allergy and asthma-related products, what you browse or buy may suggest information about your health or your family's health. We treat that information with extra care.
- We use purchase and browsing information only to fulfill orders, provide customer service, and run the Site.
- We do not share the names of products you view or buy with advertising partners, and we do not use health-related information to target ads.
- We do not sell health-related information.

7. Email and text message marketing
Email. If you subscribe or buy from us, we may send promotional emails. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of any email or by contacting us (Section 13). We will still send transactional emails about your orders.
Text messages (SMS). If you opt in at checkout or through a sign-up form, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and cart reminder texts from Allergy Store at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop, reply STOP to any message. We will also honor any other reasonable request to opt out, such as replying "quit," "cancel," "end," "unsubscribe," or "opt out," or contacting us by email or phone.
- After you opt out, we may send one message confirming it. You will receive no further marketing texts.
- For help, reply HELP or contact us at [privacy@allergystore.com] or [phone].
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We do not share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing. If we change the number or short code we text from, we will tell you in advance and will continue to honor opt-out requests sent to the old number.
8. How we protect information
Our store runs on Shopify, which is certified PCI DSS Level 1 compliant for handling card data. Card numbers are processed by our payment providers and are never stored on our own systems. We limit access to personal information to staff and service providers who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, then delete or de-identify it.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner (Section 10). We may keep some records where the law requires it.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your information for targeted advertising.
- Limit the use of sensitive information, including health-related information.
- Withdraw consent you have given us.
We offer these rights to all customers, regardless of state. To make a request, email [privacy@allergystore.com], call [phone], or use the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the Site footer. We will verify your identity by matching the information you give us to our records before acting. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof that they act for you.
We will respond within 45 days, or let you know if we need more time, as the law allows. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision or emailing [privacy@allergystore.com] with "Appeal" in the subject line. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state attorney general. We will not discriminate against you for using your rights.
EU and UK residents. We process your information to perform our contract with you (fulfilling orders), based on your consent (marketing and advertising cookies), and for our legitimate interests (fraud prevention and improving the Site). Your information is transferred to and stored in the United States and Canada, using appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
11. Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us, and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or the law. We will post the updated policy here and change the "Last updated" date. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or with a notice on the Site before they take effect.
